We are exclusively a long stay / year round / Full Time campground. All our sites are full hookup sites with 20A, 30A, and 50A electric, water and sewer at all sites. Internet is available up to gigabit speeds. We do not have any of the regular facilities. No washroom/laundry, no office on site, etc. This helps create a peaceful and uninterrupted residential community experience.

Asheville 80 mins
Chattanooga 2 1/2 hours

Annual prepaid rates range from $540 to $830 (for premium covered sites) per month. Monthly rates are $600 and up to $925 depending on the site. You are welcome to leave your camper here as a storage place, for the regu
